7 almonds in water overnight

them to make a paste

2 tbsp of butter

Take 1 glass of lukewarm water

Add 1 tsp of turmeric powder

Crush a handful of thoroughly washed
basil(tulasi) leaves

Place this mixture on a sieve

Extract juice by pressing this paste

- · Adding a pinch of cinnamon powder to lukewarm water or your tea/coffee can bring immense relief to that irritability feeling in your throat.

- Take clean beetle leaves.
- place 1 tsp of carom(ajwain) seeds.
- Wrap it and chew it before you go to bed.
